"Staff members took care of my lactose intolerant condition and succesfully adjusted my meal. Food and drinks are great and service was quick. Waiters were very friendly and polite. Overall a pleasant experience to prepare for my flight."

"Ordering process easy and reliable. Not a nice table or even comfortable seat. Caesars salad was more like "sauce with salad" than the way round. I gave half of the salad back. Potato wedges were good though but coming with not enough ketchup. Overall, too low value for money. It's somewhere around a McDonald's quality."

"Sorry but this is the biggest rip off. I can see the staff are unhappy giving out the food. If you charged a reasonable price it may be ok. I think a Tesco meal deal tastes better. Avoid. The staff were nice but the food ! And it cost £52. Awful. I hope the airport owners are resting this."

"There is a reason this place has been rated so low. Avoid. Given this is a premier service airport one would expect a better quality. Like the counter service (absolutely useless - no interest by the BA sales man in showing any interest or enthusiasm) Food is overpriced but service is quick. Also no taste. Typical supermarket used sauce. The least could be hand made salsa or gauc or nachos. I had nachos (vege) and a drink. 13£ and 11£ respectively. Eat before arriving"
