"Well if it wasn't for the staff and especially baji Farahat, I didn't think I was going to get a plus size wedding guest outfit at short notice that would fit. Let me tell you that women was like a fairy godmother and she tried very hard to find me an outfit. She is an asset to that company and takes great pride in pleasing her customers. "I DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS. The customer service and shop has been one of the worst experience OF MY LIFE AND I HAVE TRAVELED ABROAD aswell. I ordered a waistcoat early October 22 and paid delivery charge however the item didnt arrive due to some charge left so i had to pay other charge via delivery post office. The owner Promise one thing but done something else, I done all the running around i.e rang the post office find out what the issue was and even went down to the shop twice however they stuck to thier unacceptable policy. Didnt even apologised for anything inconvenience, or distress. Not even one word of sorry from the shop owner just repeats him self. I purchase a waistcoat for a wedding so we all can look the same but couldn't due to fail process and delivery. Clearly their is history with money issues with customers as Google review states. Don't treat customers fairly & clearly they don't care about customers at all and it seems all about money. AVOID THIS SHOP to avoid disappointment, stress, and massive inconvenience."
