"I ordered my takeaway to be delivered using the app. My takeaway was delivered to the wrong house. It was delivered to number 40 instead of number 48. I noticed that my takeaway hasn't be delivered. I phoned buddy grill that I didn't receive my takeaway. I was told that my takeaway was delivered to the wrong house. I was told to collect it from there. I collected my takeaway from the wrong house. It has already been opened by the residents. Due to COVID-19 I didn't want to eat it as the residents touched my food. I complained to buddy grill but the just laughed at me. I will never order food from buddy grill again. I lost £17. I do not recommend."
