"I ordered over the phone, an hour and a half later I had to call the takeout to see where the food was. A staff member said they had been calling my number and had left a voice mail as the person who took the order did not get the door number. I advised I had no missed calls nor did I have voicemail In order for the takeaway to leave a message. Clearly a poor excuse for incompetence. Anyway the person said the food would be fifteen mins. Half an hour later the food arrived. In the southern garlic dish there were around 8 garlic cloves, uncut and hard. Big chunks of tomato again uncooked. The starter of meat smelt that bad I gave it to the dog who would not eat it. And the chicken was not cooked fully. The onion bhijs were soggy, I seriously do not know what to say, except j was that disappointed I took to writing this review. Poor and sad experience"

"First order and wow I was impressed. Ordered 2 set meals one korma king prawn one chicken massala. Came with ample starters and the main meals were huge portions.very tasty and delivered hot Came with nan breads which were light and tasty.would order again and excellent value for money and restaurant quantity at takeaway prices.well done."

"Used to use this for our preferred takeaway for quite sometime. We had a terrible meal from here a couple months ago, we were surprised and decided to give them a miss. Today on route home decided to try again ordered and our food was delivered. My wifes dish of mixed veg tilla massage seemed to contain just potato and carrot, my lamb jalfrezi was tasteless heat and only half filled the takeaway tub. Sorry, but it was food I could have made better. We won't be eating from there again. Cutting corners doesn't pay."

"Don't be fooled by the nice reviews. First time we tried Paprika tonight. They called us as they closed the shop - an hour and a half after we placed the order - to tell us they hadn't seen the order and were sending it. When it arrived half the order was missing, drinks missing. Ordered a butter lamb as it had good reviews but when it arrived it was NOT a butter lamb, rather some random mashup of spice and slop, probably whatever dregs they had lay around the place when they shut. Not to mention most of the order is missing. The stuff that arrived was all over the bags and tastes absolutely disgusting, Straight in the bin. Never, ever again will we order from this dump."

"So disappointing. Ordered the midweek special and put in the Comments section "No Seafood in the currys " due to allergy. Food arrived full of Prawns, Called the restaurant who said "I don't have time to read the comments" so SOD people's safety when the chef is lazy. Very disappointed as I had the driver then call me back very apologetic and said he would see what he could do. I asked for the whole order to be replaced as can't eat any of it without the Main Part. Only the Currys where replaced. So waste of both our time and money as the replacements could not be eaten either. Very VERY disappointed, have been here many times In the past, never had issues but this is occasion was our last. Got attitude and shouted at by the restaurant when we called. AVOID AT ALL COST."
