"I purchased food from here last night and the customer service was absolutely disgusting. Due to my delivery being late I called the shop to enquire as to what was happening and everytime I called the phone was picked up yet nobody answered. All I could hear was shop noise. I called a number of times only to receive the exact same outcome. There was no consideration in having me know what was happening with my order. The food was nice and the delivery man was apologetic and kind. The customer service experienced from the shop itself was unprofessional and inconsiderate."
