"Lady over phone was extremely rude. Received food and was stone cold. Called up to speak to same lady. She said that there was nothing wrong with our order and told us we we lying about our food being cold. Take away, more like microwave meal. They wouldn’t even offer a refund or anything! Said they couldn’t do nothing. I had to heat my £40 meal in the microwave. Cheesy chips so cold cheese didn’t even start to melt. Absolutely diabolical service. Not buying here again. Go elsewhere!!!"

"Disgusting service. Poor quality and very poor value for money. Refused refund after incorrect order. Over cooked. Small portions. Very unhelpful. Driver out right refused to return to collect incorrect order, when he only delivered 2 minutes previously. Woman on phone made excuses and refused to refund. 3 pieces of chicken and an empty pitta bread for £8.50"
