Then phoned to complain, to which they then get the delivery driver who is a rude git to phone my wife back. Then a manager lady that was as much use as a chocolate fire guard gave no care at all. She said she would refund if we gave all the food back! What are we were we meant to do after already having waited over 1hour 15mins for food? Say no kids you can’t eat? We used them for years but tonight is the last night. All they needed to do was apologise and perhaps offer a refund or money off next time. Customer service is non existent, between captain grumpy the driver and I didn’t care at all manager lady! No apology, disgusting service, rude driver and rude manager. Avoid avoid avoid! Oh and the food is also getting salter than the ocean. Onwards and upwards to another company that actually cares!"
