"Always was brilliant - now appalling. Went in, ordered a chicken doner kebab over the counter, the doner spit was nicely cooking. The freshly cooked chicken, freshly carved was put into an online order. Eventually they tried to hand over a lamb doner and chips, when told it was chicken I’d ordered he just slung the food back into the relative pots, and then served me what I thought was a kebab from a pot of cut chicken that had been in a pot for who knows how long… when I arrived home, there was a layer of greasy chips covered in cold soggy chicken and no pitta. Rang the shop, told them what they had given me, expected me to return to the shop for a replacement - not a chance. It went in the bin, and I’m never going back. Would recommend that with this new management everyone avoid too"

"CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR WRONG ORDER My husband ordered a wrap over the phone and specifically requested no onions/peppers as he has to open the wrap to remove them. He collected it 10 minutes later, got it home, started to eat it and tasted onion so he took the wrap apart and there were onions/peppers inside. He called the shop to advise that they had included the onions/peppers and the man on the phone insisted that he had spoken to his colleague and they didn’t include the onions/pepper despite the fact that my husband said he would happily show them so he ended up returning the half eaten wrap to be told “that is how it comes” regardless of the fact that they were able to remove them from the other meal we ordered (chicken shish kebab). I do not like leaving bad reviews but this is the 2nd time that this has happened out of 2 visits - On the first occasion he ordered it in store and the man serving assured him that they would be removed from the skewers after cooking before the wrap was made. Will not be returning customers."

"Best kebabs in the area. The only kebab shop in the South I'll use. Very friendly staff. Even the chips are top notch. I moved house just to be in walking distance. Not really. But they are really good :) 2018-09-13 Update - became vegan so stopped eating kebabs. Only today did I notice that they do VEGETABLE KEBABS!!! They're really nice and made of huge chunks of tomatoes, mushrooms, onion and peppers, so completely vegan, and the chilli sauce is too. So, it's still my favourite kebab shop."
