"Personally, I'm not sure what the hype is all about. It's a busy place with incredibly amazing smells - but the food in this place and other fast food restaurants is simply a slow poison that is not going to help your chances of living a long healthy, disease-free life. The way I am feeling right now makes me feel as though the UK government should ban ALL fast food restaurants and only allow restaurants that serve whole foods, cooked in a healthy way with minimal additional ingredients (e.g. heating sugars/sauces on meat fats has been found to have negative affects on human health). It's 2:30am and I ate a whole chicken for dinner last night. I've woken up in the middle of the night for the first time with a major thirst pang and huge loads of mucus running up into my throat/mouth. It was the only meal I ate yesterday. I drank plenty of water and ate a lot of salad with the chicken but I have still been affected in this dangerously unhealthy way. Anytime I have a reaction like this, it just highlights the poor nature in which the food was cooked/processed/prepared. If you're suffering from any type of condition, I'd suggest requesting a list of ingredients from this restaurant before consuming anything from there. However my personal opinion is that it is better to avoid such places if you are looking to live a healthy life and not be fed into the failing national health service. "The food here was okay but it was nothing special. It was all fully Halal which is always great and the staff were quite friendly considering how late it was. My main issues were the cleanliness and how run down the shop was. It's also worth noting that both my friend and I had quite bad stomach aches after eating from this place."
