"Delicious authentic Kurdish kabab. I did not book in advance for a table but the staff were so welcoming. And can't forget to talk about the Iraqi generosity with the free starters! Highly recommended."
"Excellent food and service. They started by giving us free soup, salad, red beets, hummus, a greek sauce and a big piece of bread! Then we got our main meal mixed grill with a lamb chop skewer and chicken kofta with rice and salad. Big juicy portions. Finally, they gave us free tea. Everything was great!"
"What's there not to love about this place! As soon as I walked in and sat down, I was greeted with a complimentary house soup. Shortly after, I got a salad, a big platter of the flat bread, and what seemed like pickled carrots and similar veggies mixed in some curry. All these were complimentary. I've never experienced anything like this before at a restaurant so was a bit hesitant to eat them and then get a bill of stuff I didn't order; but they were truly 'on the house'. My main dish was tasty. After my meal, I was served with nice hot Kurdish tea. The servers were wonderful and the owner was super nice and helpful with explaining the menu. Food was served in reasonable time. If you're still reading this, check em out already. I'll be back."
"Lamb Shank and rice* The food was good, not quite full of flavour as I am usually used to. Was sort of bland-ish but we were given 3 different sauces/small sides which you can mix, these were also lacking spice and heat! The food was very healthy though, it was a proper healthy filling meal! Went for Iftar with some friends and the quality of food and service was brilliant! The price is extremely reasonable too, my meal plus a coke (we also got complimentary lentil soup, baklava + tea) all for around ~£17/18. Would recommend."
"As we entered inside they served us with salad, humus/yoghurt dip with naan and Lentil soup on the house. We then ordered the kebab platter. At the end they provided Turkish kawa tea and baklava on the house. Waiter was friendly and warm. Not much of a wait either for food to be served approx 5 mins."
