"The food and service were fantastic. I marked atmosphere at 3 but only because there were very few people in the restaurant. We were there at about 4pm on Thursday, I am sure evening times and weekends the place is buzzing."
"We eat here regularly, and highly recommend it. Lovely little family style Italian, great staff, and fabulous chef. Personal favourites are the steak, lamb, pizza, and tiramisu. We look forward to our monthly visit here and have never been disappointed."
"I don't understand how 30 people came in here and rated it ~5 stars. Waiters are asleep and clueless, and the food is greasy and just plain not nice. I wouldn't say I'm a fussy guy, I'd literally prefer to drop a tenner in McDonalds. This place needs improvement."
"Excellent food comprised of classic Italian dishes. The amount of food you get for your money makes it fantastic value for money. Had swordfish carpaccio and aubergine parmigiana for starters and both were excellent. The mixed seafood tagliatelle and scallop risotto were very tasty. Every course was very well presented and served by staff who were relaxed but professional. A great addition to Balham and hopefully one that will be around for a while. I'll definitely go again! EDIT: Have been again post-lockdown, still excellent food. Glad to see it was busy and I hope it goes on to thrive"
