"Ordered a strawberry & raspberry 'smoothie' and it was anything but smooth! It was undrinkable due to the mouthfuls of fruit seeds. I am aware that they both have seeds but there are ways of straining them out, they clearly couldn't be bothered to do this. The waiter called on the Manager to come and speak to me (I didn't ask for this) and he told me very patronisingly that fruit has seeds and that's how it is. They still charged for the drink (over £5) - not great customer service. Will never return!"
