"I must say I had some of the best service at 84 West. The team was very efficient, the manager made sure the service was great and the food was amazing. Been here a few times. They have events every weekend but sadly they are closed on Mondays. Definitely a place to go with friends, family and a spot for couples."

"Visited this place for the first time as it was recommended by a friend however the experience was mixed for a party group of 9. We warmly greeted on arrival and showed to our seating. The menus are clear and very concise. The food was cooked well, but lacked flavour on majority of dishes. Even the “spicy” sauces lacked spice. The chef was lovely and very helpful when we spoke with him and he did his best to accommodate requests including making an extra spicy sauce for us! The drinks bar is very limited and we were given mixed messages about when cocktails would be served/not served. Again, the Manager was called to assist and did her best to help fulfil our basic requests which was nice of her to do so. Sadly the waiting staff severely dampened the experience with a super causal approach to requests where the answer was simply NO, rather than checking. This included asking for an Aperol Spritz, which we were told no, only to be told by another member of staff YES! Sadly, I won’t be revisiting this venue in a hurry."

"I mean I don’t get it; here you are allegedly offering the best in nightlife experience in that part of London and someone would book in advance and would get there in good time only to be made to wait STANDING, waiting for your table to be ready till your hostess totally forgets to even check if your table is ready! Granted, the atmosphere was nice, the waitress did her best to give us the best of service(Kudos Gifty and the guys at the bar!) but I mean SERIOUSLY?? And this is supposed to be a first time experience! If I wanted that kind of treatment I know where my nearest Nando’s is, thank you!"

"I had been to this restaurant before and unfortunately my abula wasn't as flavoursome as I remember. They also didn't have the swallow I wanted however the platter was very nice. The Minor 7 band were there and they set a great mood for the evening, playing many favourites and had us dancing at our seat. We came here at a certain time as the Instagram indicated that Sunday evenings were ladies night and even clarified with the staff member attending to us and they confirmed only for us to see extra billing on our check at the end of the evening. Although it was eventually resolved it was just annoying to confirm it with staff and then be told "maybe I didn't hear you" just made unnecessary fuss at the end."

"Every time I go to this place I have a good experience but I think the DJ makes it even better with the amazing musics he plays all night. The food is amazing specially the starter sharing platter but I think the staff could smile a little bit more! Come on! you should be grateful that your business gets busy because of your costumers so a little smile wouldn’t hurt. But overall everything it is an amazing place to spend with your family and friends."
