"Absolutely loving the new refurbished Alounak. The food is amazing and it’s super close to Westfield shopping centre. Definitely recommend checking them out. The customer service is first class, the staff who work there are so polite and welcoming. I don’t know what my favourite is, but all I’ll say is that the food is delicious."

"This restaurant is not what used to be. Food was just average. Quick service. We felt under pressure to leave the table to accommodate another group of customers, That much that we didn’t even finish our tea."

"Excellent food. Just came by chance walking around. But really happy. Waiter suggested Bagholi polao which is Lamp shank with rice. Was awesome !!! Had some Mint and Saffron in rice. Meat had a unique taste. I would recommend Mint yogurt drink and tea afterwards."

"We came to Alonk Kensington restaurant on Monday, we had already made a reservation for 18 people, when we arrived, everything was ready on the table and it was very clean and friendly and fast, freshly baked bread was very delicious, we had a tray of mixed kebabs and stew. We ordered eggplant and other things, which were all excellent and fresh, the behavior of the staff was very friendly and polite, we enjoyed it a lot."

"I came to this restaurant on the 26th August, looking to eat some Iranian food with my family. The people were very rude and unfriendly and gave us terrible service. And the food was absolutely rubbish, not worth this money at all. It came out and we could tell it was old and not fresh, and since this my children have had diarrhea and stomach problems. We made sure to leave in under 15 minutes, it was that bad. There were no complimentary items like salad or tea offered after. I recommend anyone stay clear of this restaurant from now on."
