"I can’t even express what a bad experience I had in this horrible restaurant! The waiter alona was extremely rude !! I have just come home from having a baby and did a takeaway order for three items then alona said we asked for six items and charged me double the price!! I tried to reason with her but she did not want to hear anything. She was extremely rude To me and demanded i pay her the full amount as she did not want to hear from anything I’ve asked to speak to a manager and she said that I cannot which is unheard of in any normal restaurant. My family and I have been eating at this restaurant for the last 15 years, and I will definitely never ever ever return to such a place. Well done kanteen for your great customer service. Thank you for ruining my experience of having a first child and making my wife cry on the first evening. Thank you very much. I will spread this word I’m very well know to community and I will not let this pass."

"The food was tasty especially the morrocan soup but we had a terrible experience, we ordered haloumi sticks and in one of them we found a ginger hair (stuck in which was an obvious cooking error) so we pointed it out to the manager (apparently chinese guy that took the regulars manager place) and he acted as if nothing special happened and just asked if we want refund or new order, at the end of the meal i approached him and pointed out that this is a huge and very serious error and still he looked at me as if he was on anti depressant pills, very unprofessional, the least we expected an apology and definitely a new free order or discount on the bill. Very disgusting and disappointing"

"Wow. What a brilliant Kosher restaurant. The food was so, so delicious. Great, friendly service too. Already looking forward to going back and trying something else, it was so hard to choose just one item on the menu. I got the Sunrise Sunset brunch. The most perfectly cooked poached eggs I've ever had! The salmon was also perfect, very high quality. Yum!"
