"This restaurant deserves the lowest of reviews on principle for hpw they handled business on EUFA football final night through Just Eat. My food was 70 minutes later than the latest time they'd given for delivery (already nearly nearly hour). I understand that things were probably hectic that night with loads of people ordering at home! However, this restaurant clearly chose to take far more orders than they could handle and they lied about the time on Just Eat just to trick people into ordering. For 70 minutes my phone said "Enjoy your food" with no tracking information on the whereabouts of my meal and the restaurant wouldn't pick up their phone at all as I tried to call them constantly for nearly an hour. Only when I requested money back did I get an immediate call from a mobile number not associated with the just eat restaurant account. A woman apologised and said they've just had too much to do, but of course I said that's their fault. She said I can have a free coke with my "next order", which is of course a useless offer for obvious reasons. When I said I want some money back please she just said "thank you" a million times and tried to hang up. She would cut me off with "thank you, thank you" if I tried to bring up partial refund at all. They clearly run their business terribly and are just so damn rude; I don't usually get angry at a dysfunctional restaurant but the principle of lying just to make more money than usual and then refusing any refund for screwing someone makes me furious. They don't deserve any customers. The food - when it arrived - was underwhelming at best. Soggy and not tasty, smaller portions of things thsn other restaurants. Not at all worth the money. DO NOT USE THIS SUB STANDARD CHARLATAN SETUP"

"Wonderfully strange place. Some of the dishes are outrageously good: the Szechuan pork in hot chilli oil is too good to be true, and the egg fried rice as good a take on the dish as you'll find. The fried chicken pieces are also delicious, and you won't be disappointed with the cumin lamb, or the fish fragrant aubergine, or the sweet, sticky pork dishes. However, once in a while you'll get a menu that seems designed to please "Western" palates that no person in their right mind could enjoy, and communicating that you want something with a bit more bite can be a real challenge. That said, at its best this place is incredible, and the hot pot looks absolutely brilliant. Can't wait to go back."

"It’s really a nice Chinese restaurant. The soup tastes good, and I really like it. The owner and staff there are so friendly and helpful. I don’t know that the restaurant accepts only cash. I have to tell them that I don’t have cash with me and need to withdraw my money to pay. The owner said ‘Don’t worry. You can come back and pay later’. I’m so impressed with their kindness. I would recommend this restaurant for you to try varieties of Chinese food."

"It is an authentic Chinese restaurant, I have been enjoying the food since 2014. Great staff and equally great cooking. The price for a group dinner is too good. 5 stars on service, quality and hygiene. If you want to get true taste of China this is the place to be. Highly recommended."
