"I've visited with my friend as i am regularly go to subway. I've collected 3000 points in 2 months and I've ordered 3 6-inches sandwiches. At the time of payment, subway staff was so rude. They told that i can only use my points for one sub and for the rest I've to pay!! I've checked on website and there is no policy like that. We cancelled the order because of very rude behavior. As soon as we left, they took the sandwich in the back to eat!! I've never experienced such a pathetic and useless service in my whole life. Subway is a big brand and lost whole respect."
"Terrible!!! Not only did they miss the hot side they manage to give me a veggie patty when I ordered taste like chicken titanium, doest even look the same!!! Also the sandwich had next to no sause. I can't even contact them or go through my ordering site to correct the issue or get a refund , disgrace. Don't waste you money here!!!!"
