"We have been to this McD many times, we always get fries feel like earthworms. Only once we got nice stiff fries. Once they gave us wrong flavoured wraps but offered the correct one when realised. Not much parking spaces here. Toilets are filthy and smelly but we always noticed a person tidying up and cleaning up tables. No enough space to sit inside."
"It's what you expect, and is on the A41 so easy to access. Food is usual McDs grub usually hot and well cooked, not always perfect but no McDs ever is. The staff are friendly and helpful, and usually smile. It's clean enough but during busy periods gets a bit chaotic. Parking is horrific and during busy periods just a pain. I go here late at night after work as it 24hr and hot food is hot food at 2am!"
"Staff are friendly and helpful, space is clean and tidy. Food is standard McDonald's, never had any issues! Main problem with this store is the size, it's so small! It is really only accessible by car, and there is not really any room to park and the drive thru is awkward and with the small amount of space not user friendly."
"Ordered online went to get order at counter staff member Annika gave us the wrong order when telling her this is the wrong order, for some reason she didn’t believe us we then had to repeatedly give our order. There was no apology. We wanted to swap a syrup for a different one she refused and told us we had to pay. We said we just want to swap we are not asking for an extra syrup she refused to do this. We repeatedly asked for a manager she said she was the manager we then asked for her manager who immediately came and gave us the syrup. Poor poor customer service by Annika over something very petty!! She should have given us an extra syrup just for getting our order wrong but we were only asking to swap it."
"Good amount of Oreo in my McFlurry. Plenty of sauce in my fillet O fish. Chicken nuggets cooked at a perfect crispness. The wait is a bit long even I used the app to pick up and choose drive through. Still had to wait at the car park for the meals to be ready. Small car park but a very busy location. Beware that you might not be able to park there."
