"Very disappointed with this order. Was looking forward to freshly baked pizza after a night shift. Nearly £40, for three pizzas. They were stałe, over cooked on top practically burnt yet attived cold. I rang immediately for a refund but they put the put down the phone on me. Never again."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! We ordered deep crust pizza and they sent burnt thin crust. Called and spoke to the most rudest man on the phone who said they only do one crust for 18 inches. He didn't listen to what I was saying and was rude and abrupt shouting down the phone, insinuating thay I'm lying. After I told him I'll put a bad review He offered to come collect the pizza and send new ones and not to eat them. After waiting over an hour and having guests for the delivery I was not able to do that as the kids had already helped themselves and started eating before I even realised it was thinking! Bottom line they take your money, send you incorrect order and burnt then are rude. I wasn't expecting anything when I had called up, but for them to know they sent wrong crust but then got an aggressive respons. Its because of the way they spoke to me they are getting this review! Do yourself a favour and don't order from here because if they do get anything wrong you will get abused for bringing it to their attention!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOOD WAS COLD AND BURNT ORDERED DEEP PAN PIZZAS BUT WAS VERY THIN LIKE NAN BREAD TRIED TO RESOLVE THE MATTER WITH THE MANAGER WHO WAS’NT HELPFUL AND DIDNT CARE AS LONG AS HE GOT HIS MONEY ALL THE FOOD WAS DISPOSED OF AS IT WAS COLD AND BURNT AND BLOODY ROCK HARD. I’ve tried contacting the business regarding this matter for over a week and was told to call the church Lane branch. The manager was not available and then I tried again and spoke to the manager, he said he will contact me that evening but still did not receive a phone call. I called the church Lane branch and asked to speak to the manager instead a delivery guy spoke to me claiming he was the manager and then told me after the conversation that he wasn’t and put the phone down on me. I called again and asked for the manager the person put the phone down and so i went to the Stanmore branch to speak to the manager. He was very rude and unprofessional saying he didn’t have time to deal with this enquiry and because of the bad review he is not willing to help. As a loyal customer I will not be purchasing any goods from this branch or the Church Lane branch due to the lack of respect and professionalism. The manager needs a reality check if he thinks it’s acceptable to speak to customers in this manner."
