"The service and food was outstanding. They adapted and created a tasting menu for us and the chef came out for most courses to explain the menu, the wine pairing worked well. Everything was very tasty and well presented. Very happy!"

"Sunday lunch for four people. Was nice but beef was a little bit tougher than I would have liked. Everything else was very good, veggies, Yorkshire and an extra of cauliflower cheese. Carafe of nice red wine seemed expensive for a glass and a half for two people. Desserts were good, cheesecake and chocolate pie slices. Pictured rubbarb and ginger cocktail and pint of house larger, very good. Good lunch, but there are other local venues nearby to try."

"Highly recommend! We booked lunch for my mum's 60th birthday recently, the staff were so attentive & even played along with a surprise we had planned (one of my brothers has been living in Mexico and came home for the birthday, the FB team dressed him in staff uniform & had him serve our drinks - I'm not sure if she's forgiven us.) The food, house wine & cocktails were all delicious! Our photos don't do it justice, but there were clean plates all round. Big thank you to TFB team!"

His colleague, (completely missed his name!) was too super personable and made the experience great with their attentive service! We opted for a Beef & Oyster pie, the portion size was huge and tasted amazing. Everything is from British farms, which is an extra plus! A fabulous place to go in Richmond."
