"I hired the restaurant for a private party for 50 people. I chose a fixed price vegetarian menu. The chef prepared a taster menu to help me decide on the items. I had one guest who was dairy and gluten free and 3 very young children. The chef catered for the dietary restrictions and made a couple of dishes with no chillies at no extra cost. The food and service on the day were excellent and we received compliments from all our guests. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"HORRIBLE Food! Pathetic Service! DON’T choose this restaurant location. First time am giving a negative comment. It was for my niece’s birthday party and we were at shambles because of the food. My brother was tensed and panicked as the food came more than hour later than expected hanging all the guests in dry. Food quality is horrible for each of them but more over the quantity given was the height of it. It was so less that not every guests ate properly. It ruined the birthday party. Never ever to this restaurant…."

"This will be the first time in my life that I have to give negative review to this business establishment. This will help orhers not to loose their face believing on the review shown. I believe as a brand it may be good but the new management (Northwood location) is ruining it big big time. We have recently had ‘red klove’ provide the lunch for a much awaited party mostly because after pandamic getting all friends and family together. I have earlier had red klove provide food for one occasion and judging on the food quality, their involvement end to end was so impressive that we went with them even this time. When i gave them the responsibility i had mentioned to them, that we expect the same standards (what we didn’t know till that point that the management got changed). The signs of immaturity to handle such big occasions and unprofessionalism started bit early but somehow we overlooked it reminiscing on our past experience of good quality, what a shame!!. The cost changed on day 2 (mentioning about the inflation, which we agreed to still hoping better results) 2 days prior to the occasion, they even mentioned that we should better collect as they cannot deliver at the location ( which was 5 mins drive from the restaurant) but after me agreeing even to pay the taxi bills they agreed. This is not just the end. The morning of the D day, i was told that as soon they book the cab i need to make the full payment (i already paid half) otherwise they will not deliver. I agreed to that too. But since they didn’t know how that can be made smooth online, i asked them to deliver and soon after the party i will be at their location to pay in full which I did as well. Now that wasn’t the end. The food arrived almost 45 mins late as they kept on mentioning the cab hasn’t turned up and can we still come and pick it up from their location. Which was too absurd.. but not the end of all the misery and face loss that we had to go through. The food was horrible, the veg dish was too spicy. Even though we stressed not to make spicy. The fish starter didn’t seem to have fish as the main subject. The veg biryani looked more of fried rice. The dessert ( gulab jamun) was horrible as was solid inside ( happens mostly if the mixture not kneeded well or using more flour than the mix) Every one even the children found it difficult to eat. I have requested some of the invitees to give their honest feedback to let others know the reality and better not waste their hard earned money."

"We chose Red Klove to cater for my son’s 1st Birthday party. We are really satisfied starting from the planning and suggestions provided. The food was great and really fresh! The quantity was never a question. My guests (both Adults and kids) loved all the dishes that we ordered! This place is highly recommended for their food and service."
