The money came out of my account yet made us pay cash saying the money would go back into my account. After this we didn’t receive the sauce we ordered with our meal. Bad communication with the shop and drivers as we were being told several different things, overall bad customer service."

He rang them up and they didn't care expected all the food back, if we wanted a replacement. Which is ridiculous when we've had the food for 10 minutes. We didn't want a replacement due to the food being discussing. Asked for a refund as we only ate the chip and couple of bites of the chicken from the Boneless bucket as the chicken was dry. No apology from the person on the phone. Food went right into the bin."
