"Ordered a click and collect which got told was ready to collect and when I got there it wasn’t, the girl who served me looked around for a good few minutes before asking other staff who said oh we’ve been too busy to even start it. Fair enough it was busy but staff don’t seem to know what they are doing. Maybe some training needed? She then found the receipt and started to make them slowly. Assumed I’d be given the right sandwiches and headed off. When I got back to work and opened them was greeted with one correct sandwich and then this mess. See picture. Ordered a coronation chicken with red onion and mustard sauce. Clearly not this. It looked grim. Service is poor. They can’t get orders right and then they said they’d given me free cookies to make up for it but they never. This store needs sorting out and turning around. Constantly advertising for staff and you can kind to see why."
