"After eating food from here last night. Myself, my husband and our 4 very young children all have food poisoning - we cannot stop being sick. My children cannot even hold down water which is obviously very serious. I am SO disappointed in how low the food standards here have become. We ate the meal around 7:30pm and by midnight we had two children and my husband being sick. My 2 year old woke up this morning covered in vomit, I am appalled at their customer service in regards to this. I have never been so unwell in all my life and I have never seen my husband or children this poorly before."

"Worst Chinese I’ve ever had! Food was cold, “crispy chicken” was mushy. Duck spring rolls were horrid and contained very little duck. Curry sauce was frothy and runny like water. Worst £25 I’ve ever spent Wouldn’t order again"

"I am absolutely fuming. Ordered a takeaway with these as i do VERY frequently, and accidentally put the address in as 24 not 23. Went over to my neighbour who it was wrongly delivered to who, after telling the driver it wasn't their food and they'd not ordered it, had taken the food in and eaten it, thinking that it was an act of good will from a friend (as it was the same thing they ordered every time too). Takeaway driver has said "well you either take it or it goes in the bin", so they took it. I rang the takeaway to ask why didn't they think to ring my phone number which is on my order and ask if there was an issue with the address. I said I wanted a refund or for my food resending out. They laughed at me and said there's nothing they can do I will never be ordering from these again, trust me, they have lost a VERY valuable customer. And I will not rest until I have justice. At the end of the day it was my mistake, but the takeaway made absolutely NO attempt to solve the problem OR rectify it. £15 down the pan but at least me neighbour had a good scran.
