They missed out half our order (about £20 worth) - called up and got a badly spoken person saying there's nothing they can do "it's gone it's gone". So. Down £20, put a refund request in and got £3 back. Absolutely disgraceful. Will be reporting to over eats and deliveroo. Should not be an establishment."
