I work all over the country and have eaten some great meals but for some reason when I return home to Chesterfield they can't muster up a decent Chinese anywhere!. Hong Hei's Sweet and Sour Chicken HK style just tasted of vinegar!. Inedible!. Salt and Pepper chips were just salted chips and the special fried rice was definitely not Special. Why you can get a decent Chinese in any city in Britain but can't get a decent one in my own town is beyond me!."
