"I am very disappointed with our order tonight. We have been loyal customers, but recently our food we've had has been very poor. Our orders are big every time we order due to the size of our family. The chips we all received with our meals were refired chips. That means they were chips that have been cooked, its obvious they have been sitting for a while and have gone cold. What has happened the chips have been put back into the fryer to reheat then served to us. How do I know this? I used to be a chef and know that's what has been done. If this is how Popeyes staff think they can treat us then we will not be ordering from here again. You've lost a regular customer, there are many more takeaways in the area we can chose from."
