"Ordered here a lot never really had any complaints with them until tonight I ordered my food and delivery was quick. We had ordered cheese sauce with our food as usual started eating it and it had a really odd taste that I can only describe as a sour fishy taste I then noticed it didn’t smell right either my dog also turned his nose up at it which was completely out of character for him as he loves it so I knew it didn’t taste right, I rang up to complain about it and explained to the phone call taker what was the issue to then be told wait a second which was fine I could here them back and forth with another staff member she then came back and said they had tried it themselves and it was fine I argued it was not she then passed the phone to someone else and said you deal with it I can’t, a man then came on and proceeded to argue with me about how wrong I was at this point I was not willing to be polite anymore as the way I was being dealt with was appalling from both members of staff that I was speaking with, I kept getting shouted over, told I was wrong, they aren’t doing anything, it took me long enough to actually get them to either bring me freshly made or a refund as I wasn’t paying the price for it to be sour and to be completely honest uneatable, then when I tried the pizza I had ordered that was the same a tangy odd taste it ended up all going in the bin was a waste of money, I won’t be ordering again and recommend you don’t waste your money either, poor customer service, poor quality of food too."

"Best service, best food. Nothing beats it. Friendly staff, the BBQ chicken is absolutely spot on. Great for prices too, always comes pipping hot and absolutely Bob OK with taste. Won't go anywhere else in Chesterfield"

"Had a pizza from here for the first time, and was surprised at how good they were for the price. Generous and tasty fillings and toppings, and the pizzas were juicy, not at all dry. Will be going back again for some more."

"Sunday evening my son ordered a pizza from Pizza House Chesterfield. The estimated delivery time was 45 - 60 minutes. The delivery arrived some 90 minutes after order which can be proven by the time of order and the time my son rang Pizza House when the delivery arrived. This was an unsatisfactory delivery time and my son did not wish to pay the full price for the delivery. (He has ordered from Pizza House numerous times without complaint). He was told by the restaurant to "pay whatever he liked" so chose to pay half price. The delivery driver, who was without any fault, checked with the restaurant and was advised to take the money but to advise my son not to order from Pizza House ever again. I think this is very poor customer service. He is not the only member of our household to order from Pizza House and I feel that Pizza House should have acknowledged fault and not left the whole of our household feeling "scalded". I am happy to discuss this matter further."
