"Really cool place, the gentleman who owns its really nice, me and my fiance had two shisha, drinks and deserts, and the price was great. We stayed until 1.30am, didn’t feel rushed and was really nice to talk to the owner! Staff are all lovely, great hidden gem we discovered!!!"

"Poor service, no professionalism. Let me explain! 1) My wife and I dined in.. and the lady brought us the menu as we sat. Before we could barely look at the menu, one of their main Chefs came to us, greeted, and started recommending what he believed would be best, one platter from starters, one from main. and asked us: You like that right? right?.. I was like yeah sounds good, thanks, but we'll discuss and decide. Next, the lady comes to take our orders, and we ordered something different from what Chef recommended... but just as the lady went, our order comes in! Guess what it is? yes! the same that the Chef recommended!! The starter platter! 2) The lady was right there and I told her this is NOT what we ordered, and she knew, but she still defended him saying that he thought you wanted this so he started preparing it.. "he was quite excited" she said.. And I asked if it was complementary or would we need to pay for it.. She confirmed it was the latter. It annoyed us as we really were hoping to order something else we liked as a starter and wasn't that expensive as the platter. 3) The drink that we ordered was a Strawberry mojito, and the lady confirmed two? I reconfirmed No, only one. Just one! I made sure. she said Alright got it, no problem! Guess what!.. we had One... and after 10 minutes, Another one! (just kept it on our table and walked away) We genuinely thought it was complementary with the previous mishaps by them, and as they made it separately later. Guess what? At the end, they charged us for Two. We had to pay for both. 4) When the bill came, they literally Doubled the quantity of Everything! even the single platter we got that we never ordered was Qty 2.. so the whole bill was twice the amount! We had to convince them we had Single of each.. until they finally corrected. Yet again, we did eventually paid much more (double) than what we would have had they not intentionally messed up our order (or forced us unwanted meals and drinks). Extremely unprofessional."
