"Order didn’t arrive. The order was accepted, then with the driver and just never came. If you couldn’t have done the order, a call to let us know would have taken you less than one minute. Failed to even answer the phone when I called to see where it was. I will make sure I get a FULL refund. Thanks for your ’service’…. Congratulations! You’re first on the JustEat banned list."

"Placed order on Uber Eats at 8:00pm, estimated delivery was 8:40-9:05. At 9:20 still no sight of the order. I phoned the place, the person said it’s one and a half hour waiting time, he did apologise but then didn’t confirm my order and just hang up on me. Food arrived at 9:35, that’s too long on a regular Tuesday night. Food was ok but not great, garlic sauce was missing on my donner meat, chilli sauce was very spicy. Calzone tasted a bit strange. Learned my lesson to stick to my usual fast foods instead of trying a new place for a change."

"Ordered £30 of food from garden lane which was luke warm at best all the chips were undercooked, chicken wrap was just 2 chicken goujons which was barely cooked and swimming in mayo, calzone meat wasn't very tasty and when we rang the shop to inform them of this they was rude and put the phone down"

"Used to be ok but guess change of ownership. Ordered food at 7:20pm and was given a time of 8:10 for delivery. 8:30 arrives and still no food. Called the restaurant and was told they had no drivers. Then at 9pm phoned and said they were really busy. Phoned at 9:30 and asked for a refund. Cannot wait 2 hours for a couple of kebabs. The guy on the phone was really aggressive. 9:50pm knock on the door - food arrived, which I sent back. Absolutely never going to use these again, and recommend you look elsewhere for food. Totally abysmal service."

"It’s a shame because I have used Garden Lane Pizza for a couple of years now. The food is usually gorgeous and the staff are usually very friendly. I phoned just after midnight to order and my delivery arrived after an hour which is fine I don’t mind how long it takes. The nice delivery man phoned to say the delivery was on the bench because we have a mad dog. When we opened the food the first thing was cold so I checked everything else and they were also cold. I phoned Garden Lane Pizza and the nice man said that he knew I was a regular customer and that I could order the next day free of charge which I was happy with. I phoned before and the gentleman that answered asked if I had delivery through just eat? Which I hadn’t because I’d ordered through their own app. Then I was told there was nothing he could do!! I said about the man the night before and he said hang on and he very clearly was the same guy came on and said no there isn’t anything we can do! I said Thank you very much! then I won’t be using Garden Lane Pizza again. Massive shame but obviously they don’t need or care for my business."
