"Went to the drive thru today with my friend and had two orders in one car, Matilda came out to the car and couldn't have been more polite, her customer service was outstanding, she couldn't do enough for us and ensured that our order was correct after a bit of confusion with two orders being in one vehicle. What a great asset to your team."

"Another visit and another disappointment. We ordered 2 bbq and bacon wraps and mine was not proper made . Cheese melt dippers and AGAIN I didnt get dip for it even thou it should be added automatically. When I ask for sos during ordering I get two ketchup instead... well in my opinion its a bit not to fair- selling things that are not best quality made or missing something."

"Seating indoors and out. Access for pushchairs and wheelchair. 4 touch screens, on this visit 1 was not working, 5 ipdas in the kids section but not available at this visit. Everything else is what you expect to see at McD. Tables were a bit messy, no one seemed to be making any effort to clean them after customers had left. It was very busy for deliveries and this did seem to be the main priority for the staff here as a simple Big Mac n fries took about 15mins to prepare. Drive thru available, there are 2 disabled spaces just outside. Plenty of additional car parking spaces. Most people seemed to be eating in their cars rather than use the the restaurant. After another visit it still seems that people would rather eat in their cars than in the venue. Give this review a thumbs up if you think it is helpful."

"I absolutely understand that this place serves “fast food”… but for it to be that fast that the chips are so cold they appear to have come straight from the freezer is just taking the biscuit a bit… shocking performance! But to be fair it’s not like there isn’t another 6 McDonald’s in Rotherham to be disappointed by"

"Not very clean ,staff white shirts not that clean .Watched staff empty outside bin no gloves no apron leant into bin so her clothes were touching bins then went back in . think aprons and gloves should be provided for them .The food not good l had nothing on top half one tiny bit of bacon and dried up burger cheese and bacon hardly cook ..Last visit for us .."
