"Just had a delivery from Tiffin Spice. I ordered a Jalfrezi for my main. This was far too HOT, could not eat it. Rang them to explain the problem. The manager was so adamant that jalfrezi is always Hot. Ive ordered this meal before and always they ask me if i'd like it Hot Medium or Mild, this didn't happen. Ask him if they'd change my meal, the manager said No and i'd have to order the meal again at the cost to me. He was very arrogant and rude. Not be ordering from them ever again. Bad Customer Care!!!"
