"New staff every week that change the rules of what you're allowed on your sandwich. Actually shuts at about 4pm every day due to 'technical errors'. Fantastic if you get the lad who's been there since day 1."
"They should really change their business hours because if you go after 5.30pm you will find it closed but the opening hours say they're open until 8pm. Depending on which staff member is working is depending on how long you want to waste of your lunch break. Terrible slow service. I have had to ask them before to put more meat on before because they short portion (I worked in a subway so I know the portion sizes) refuses to put the subs in the toaster for longer than 20 seconds. The drinks fountain is never ever working! And very poor choices of bottles drinks. Cross contamantion between foods. Once again depending on the staff member is depending on how sloppy you get your food. I try to go in when I see just once certain person working as he's the best. Head office need to pay them a visit and offer more training which is badly needed."
