"It was the first time of visiting and won't go again the salad served with my quiche was black, they must have seen it but still served it to me. When I told a member of staff they were totally not interested, I always trusted that the good name of Massarellas meant quality but looks like it's not."

"We had the all day breakfast. Very disappointing. I really don't think it was cooked fresh. The sausage was like leather on the outside. And spongy on the inside. It had either been recooked or microwaved to reheat. The bacon was like cardboard. The reason I gave 2 stars is because the mushrooms were delicious. Disappointed it didn't come with toast. Should have gone to wetherspoons"
