"We have ordered several times before but small issues today will make us rethink next time we order. We ordered meals for delivery to our office. The meals were vaguely hot but the bread buns were sodden due to the steam. There was not a straw for the milkshake which i had to eat with a spoon. The dips we ordered were not useable as the contents had separated and looked unappetising. Small details make all the difference to future custom. Update - We ordered 4 burgers for delivery to our office today. We will not be ordering again from this restaurant. The burger buns were soggy from being wrapped in foil. The sweet potato fries were soggy and under cooked. We ordered drinks and dips which they forgot to deliver. The bill was over £40.00. Complete waste of money."

"Very nice food. The chicken burger was full of flavour. The chicken itself was on the thin side, but can be forgiven as it tasted nice. Also very tasty skin on fries."

"Very disappointing food that made sick. Took about 15 minutes to get a burger, really poorly put together and hard to eat. Chips were cold and staff didn't look like they were following good hygiene practises. Staff seemed more interested in laughing at drunk people who came in. Now feeling very sick, won't be going there again. Was expecting better for a higher price burger and chips"

"Me and my partner ate here yesterday, the food was nice but I didn't quite like the atmosphere. It was cold and the music they had playing kept stopping every few words like it was a scratched cd disc.. it was mentioned to them and they did nothing about it. The man outside handing flyers out seemed like he didn't even want to be there, we were the ones giving them business yet he was lethargic and unhelpful, Prices are reasonable but I don't think I will be returning here unfortunately. The booths were nice to look at and it gave me an American diner vibe but I think they need to improve on customer service and invest in some heaters or something of the sort. You also need to collect your own food from them, they give you a buzzer to tell you when to collect it. I was unhappy here."
