"We visited on 2/1/22 around 3.45. The staff were very kind and friendly, however they were quite inexperienced and we were charged £17 for a bottle of Prosecco that we had not ordered. We did receive a refund eventually but never got the receipt that we asked for. Overall the service was okay, but we waited over 10 mins for our order to be taken, and then another 10 or so minutes for our drinks to arrive. The drink for the children’s meal never came so we had to ask for this too. The food took over 45 minutes to arrive, the table served before us had finished their food and left by the time we finally got our food. Admittedly it was very nice when it arrived. Overall, the service seemed to be all over the place, some tables were served and food arrived quickly, others were waiting over 15 minutes just for drinks. We would probably visit again at another time, but definitely not if we were any kind of rush"

"Genuinely enjoyed my visit here! Why? + The wait staff is genuinely polite and attentive. + The food is really good (as you’ll see from the pictures) as is the food presentation. + The location has parking that you don’t have to pay for. + The menu allows for a lot of customisability - wayy more than, say, 5 Guys. + They offer Blue Light Card discounts & have a stamp loyalty card (check the pictures)."

"An excellent place to eat, the waitress doing the table service was very friendly and helpful, the food was all cooked fresh but didn't take long to arrive, I had lasagna and it was one of the best I have ever had, really recommend this place"
