"Restaurant- questionably quiet. Phoned at 6pm to make a group booking for 8pm which was a surprise they could take us. When we arrived there were 2 other tables of four in the restaurant making it a very quiet place. Staff- all young waiters which were lovely however management were not helpful at all. They just watched the young teens struggle the clear the table as there was 12 of us. Waiting times- I understand serving a group of 12 can be difficult however it taking 3 hours to just have a starter and a main was disgusting. Food- horrible. Food all came out at different times leaving large gaps between people being served. Food coming wrong and missing food which was never corrected. Charged for food we didn’t receive. Ribs were pure fat and no meat on them making impossible to eat. When telling management about the ribs he just shrugged his shoulders with no offer of a resolution. 3 people were violently Ill after the meal and others feeling unwell. Eaten here a few times now with different size groups and small family meals and never had a good experience. Many of the group left the restaurant saying they wouldn’t recommend to anyone."

"Went for dinner with 2 friends the food was very nice although a little expensive. The service was good. We had a bottle of House wine an a small jug of soda water to go with the wine. We also ordered a another glass of soda as the the jug had run out. When the bill came. We were appalled having been charged £8 for what is fizzy water."

"Lovely food and good service. Had lamb as my main course and asked, as many people would, for mint sauce. When the bill came I'd been charged £1.10 for mint sauce which I think is outrageous. Would they charge for ketchup with chips or mayonnaise/salad cream with a salad? These things are part and parcel of a meal and I would not expect to pay extra for them and have never, ever, been charged extra for them anywhere else."
