"Lack of proper customer service. I arranged for 18 people to dine in November 2022. You would have thought the amount of money spent would have warranted some free coffee or something else. The total bill was a hassle trying to calculate what we all had. Deposits were put on wrong separate sections of the party and in the end we were at a £20 loss somewhere. Totally confusing and was not communicated very well to how the bill was divided up. The food was great but very very expensive. I’d say about £8 more per person just on the food than anywhere else. I wouldn’t go again as they are unorganised."
