"A couple of good real ales served, including Butty Bach. A welcoming atmosphere even though we were a group from out of town. We didn't eat so can't comment on the food, but I'd visit again to try."

"Food was lovely. We decided to eat here instead of the safari park. There was an offer on for 2 meals for £11 or £12. I did enjoy my chicken dish although I was not too keen on the peppercorn sauce. My partner had the sausage and mash and it was very tasty :) For dessert I got the lemon meringue pie which I quite liked and paired it with a good cuppa. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area, especially if you are enroute to or coming back from the safari park."
