"As we cycled past yesterday on our bikes we popped in to look at the menu, saw the tasty food and decided to go back to eat after our bike ride. Whilst there Stephen was super friendly and kind enough to supply us with more water (and ice)for our journey. We went back in the evening and had just settled ourselves at the table in the sunshine when the weather changed. Linda said unfortunately they were unable to accommodate us inside the restaurant as they were fully booked however she said we could sit in the conservatory at the back. I was disappointed as we love eating outdoors and I said I'd spotted a little wooden covered structure in the beer garden at the back and said could we sit in there. She said it wasn't cleaned out as yet but as we went round the back to our delight Stephen and Jake were sweeping it out and disinfecting the tables for us!!! Talk about making us feel welcome!! Our meals were absolutely delish and the service by all three including Tom the chef were second to none! Sadly we didn't have enough time for pudding or to stay for the quiz. Another time!!!"

"Friendly welcome Great hosts.very dog friendly, fantastic Sunday dinner Yorkshire puddings to die for ,even our English bulldog (Buddy)had beef and a Yorkshire.1st class meal reasonably priced .Would recommend."
