If you want your takeaway to turn up then I would advise ordering from elsewhere. Will be interesting to see their reply after they didn't acknowledge any problem when we tried to resolve on the phone. Even after 3 hours and them saying the food was 3 minutes away in Rednal (which is 15 minutes away and further away from us than the actual restaurant)."
