Reviews
"Rude, she I ignored us when we walked in, never bothered giving us menus but concentrated on the table of 7 who came after us. Unbelievably rude. Didn’t feel comfortable in there at all."
"Used to visit here weekly but would never eat here again after having food poisoning from some poached eggs that I ordered. I started to feel very sick within an hour of eating them for breakfast here. That particular morning, the staff member serving was also sat on her phone a lot and looked agitated I had entered the shop. She was coughing her guts up everywhere which I found really unhygienic. Fair enough if you are ill, you are ill, but she managed to compose herself, stop coughing and come off her phone when 2 much older customers than myself entered the shop. She was also a lot more attentive suddenly. Made me feel as though because I am younger, she felt comfortable being unprofessional ( I was the only person in the cafe at first). Being fair, I've been back for drinks since when I noticed new staff members working there and the lady who served us was lovely. The drinks are nice and I can recommend for drinks, but my previous experience with the food has naturally put me off and I would not eat here again."
"great coffee shop in barnt green, staff are always happy and chatty can get quite busy at weekends but gives it a good atmosphere, only had coffee and cakes, really good americano and my daughter loves the chocolate brownies here."
"We came in and had flat whites, and an apple juice for our toddler. We also had three of the most delicious cakes I’ve ever eaten in my life: mince-pie shortbread; Christmas rocky road, and an Oreo brownie. The cakes were so good I decided to write this review - but by the time I’d made the decision, all the cakes had been eaten! If you’re ever in Barnt Green, you HAVE to stop in!"
