Piri Fino Grilled Chicken

"Sooooo Sooooo Good. Haven't been here in nearly 5 years. The food is as good now, as it was back then, if not even better. Like I've said verbally to people I've recommended in the past, "It's like Nandos but better and cheaper." Pic shows what was left. "Dont bother. We ordered the meal platter that consists of a full whole chicken, 5 wings, 2 sides and 2 drinks and some other stuff. Driver was late. Was sat stationery in lozells for 5 mins before heading to us. We got the food and noticed that the whole chicken and 5 wings were missing. We ring the shop to be told that they gave everything to the driver and that he may of stolen it so we have to take it up with deliveroo. 1st of what a thing to say and 2nd i bet they wont take any issue with that with the driver when they get back to collect other orders for delivery. Waste of f’in time"

"NEVER USE THIS COMPANY WHEN ORDERING THROUGH UBER-EATS. After placing an order through UberEats, I immediately phoned this shop, and asked the staff member to cancel it (because their expected delivery time was showing exceptionally higher than what UberEats initially calculated). But this lady I spoke to on the Telephone was very rude to me, refusing to cancel my order because she said I had to do it myself on UberEats (which is not true; UberEats asks customers to cancel orders directly with the store). And then, this lady HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME (AND SHE IGNORED MY CALL WHEN I CALLED BACK) - thereby meaning the order got forcefully delivered even though I had requested her to cancel it. This turned out to be such a waste of food (when she could so easily have cancelled the order when I asked her to rather than be awkward) - and this very rude behaviour has put me off using this store again. I WOULD ESPECIALLY ADVISE OTHERS TO AVOID ORDERING THROUGH UBER-EATS FOR THIS STORE, AS IT CREATES SUCH A MESS."

"I ordered a Whole Chicken, which on the their menu was shown as a whole-cooked chicken. But instead, only separate pieces arrived, which certainly did not amount to a whole chicken. They thereby unfairly misguide customers with photos on their website and do not deliver the value you pay for."
