"I went there and there was hardly any staff. They couldn't even serve half the menu because they didn't have flour as well as they had no ice and their Fanta machine wasn't working. The burger was burnt on the outside which made me heave. The only good thing was the pool table even if you have to pay a pound.It gave me food poisoning"

"Wow where do I start. On arrival barman seemed bit clueless,I asked if we could sit anywhere,he just handed me 3 menus and said order at the bar. My wife,8yr old son and myself sat at table,there was nowhere to sit to avoid overly load music (speakers blearing in every corner)but we plonked ourselves down only to be hit by freezing cold air con. Back to bar to order drinks,had to repeat my order 3 times,when I asked who owned place he didn't really know,no ice offered or given for soft drinks,when I asked for some he said could probably find some out the back? Onto ordering food at bar,bit of slow and painful process but managed it. We then waited nearly 40 minutes for my son's chicken strips which turned up without requested sauce or cutlery..also loaded fries turned up which were cold and sent back,in meantime we were told no rice for my borrito so had to order chicken pizza instead. After further wait for mine and wife's mains manageress came over to apologise and asked us what we were waiting for,when I said still waiting for my pizza and wife's beef tacos she said oh yes your pizza wasn't cooked to my liking so asked chef to do it again! My wife's tacos then arrived, wrong as were pork and chicken when we ordered beef...it continues..my pizza then arrived with no chicken..barman who took my order then came over and apologised as we were given someone else's tacos order and at one point said f***ing hell in front of us and my 8yr old son...he did come back over to apologise stating it was his first job,whilst appreciated his apology I reiterated swearing in front of kids isn't on in everyday life let alone when your are in customer facing role. To be fair the manageress seemed embarrassed and offered free sweet,we were approached and and asked by waitress what we wanted,we requested fudge cake for my son..she then came back stating ran out of that and only had brownies to which we agreed to have hot..no suprise this turned up freezing cold with dirty spoon. We were told they had been rebranded/open a month from previous Frankie and Benny's and difference in service was worlds apart,it's a shame as we were expecting similar good quality we had received in past before it changed hands/names. Special mention for the chef who we were told was fired midway through our visit,may he learn the difference between pork,beef and chicken!! Having said all this food was fairly tasty just such a shame that manageress looks like she is fighting a losing battle with with her poorly trained staff."

"DISGUSTING STAFF My 9 year old son was desperate for the toilet . I was shopping at the time and seen this bar so I took him in to use the toilet . As I was about to go in I heard someone shout. Yo star. I turned around to be approached by a female member of staff. Who said you can't go to the toilet unless you are a customer. I said please my son is desperate. Shortly after a male member of staff approached me saying whats up boss. I told him my son I'd desperate for the toilet to only get a reply like.. well you better buy some food first. The attitude on these people is shocking. I had to take my son outside only to find he had wet himself. I will be finding a contact number of the management and put a complaint in. To deal with the staff appropriately"

"Some of the best food i ever had the chicken wings was beautiful full of flavour tasty juicy just gorgeous absolutely bursting with flavour I had sticky barbecue absolutely beautiful some of the best beautiful wings I ever had. I had a chicken burger with hash brown and lettuce the burger was perfect to the bed was bursting with flavour really really nice and really really lovely really really lovely place to eat and it is probably one of the nicest food I ever tried in a while can't believe how nice it was and it was cooked perfect Staffa really friendly staff already polite and pleasant overall hygiene really good overall what a lovely place to come or definitely will come here again lovely food overall 100% lovely"
