KFC Birmingham - Chelmsley Wood

"The food is tasty as KFC should be, restaurant is clean and well maintained. What let's this franchise down is the staff, really slow and bordering on incompetent at times, twice on different occasions I've visited this place they either don't understand what I'm ordering or get it wrong where I have to repeat myself. To add insult to injury my order has taken an age to be prepared. These are simple changes but until they are rectified they need to be addressed."

"Good location just opposite to Interchange bus stop, and not very busy, so quite convenient However, tables weren't clean as most of the table had leftover food or KFC food bags left from customers Self service machine didn't print the receipt or token number, not sure if KFC supports save Tree mission, sustainability Toilets were clean and maintained Extra points for good music"

"Self service screen didn't print a receipt, I had to take a screenshot of the screen. A long wait for food maybe 40 minutes, bin overflowing inside, graffiti in the toilet however the food was good. Overall I would use another food outlet. Just been given a fine for overstaying in the car park, limit is an hour. Took us nearly that long to get served"

"Well, its not very often I go to kfc chelmsley wood as the service is so bad,however during my visit at 6pm on the 25th Nov I was greeted by a great upbeat lad with glasses who was a breath of fresh air. All your staff should be like him! Just to also let you know that the food was delicious, thank you!"

"Been here about 2 times a year the last 4 years. The food is always the same. Very blunt. It's quite sad really, I love kfc but food here is tasteless. Service is ok but this place is normally understaffed so expext to wait if busy. The people who are working there though do work hard and efficiently. There's just not enough of them. Then again... food is not great anyway"
