Prezzo Italian Restaurant Mere Green

"Went for the St Valentine's day special menu. Shown to the rear of a busy restaurant with no awareness of my very obvious disability. Getting out was even worse than being seated! Had prawn spaghetti, which was lovely but no spoon was offered. Felt a bit awkward when I had ask for it. There's a safety issue to be addressed as well as dining etiquette. Not their finest hour. Food was good, regardless"

"Really disappointed. Firstly the acoustics are appalling and we ate our meal in a cattle market, barely able to hear each other or the waiting staff. Our drinks took ages to arrive and the meals were average "pub grub" rather than the authentic Italian I was expecting. Maybe that part was my own misconception about the quality of the chain. Most bizarrely we received a duplicate dessert on the house, presumably as an apology for the poor service but the gesture was not explained and I'm not sure why we would want to eat the same dessert again after already finishing the first one. Surely just knocking one of the desserts we ordered off the bill would have been more appropriate? We won't be making a return visit."

"Great food with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a family dinner and serves to different dietary needs. I had the lasagna which literally melting as you ate it. The dessert was decent. The only downside was the very slow service, despite the restaurant being quiet. Overall, it was good."

"Food was excellent especially the Beef in Chianti with Porcine mash all 3 courses took hardly any time at all to come and service from Tess was great so friendly and attentive, excellent place! Free parking right outside also a bonus!"

"I said to my self never gonna be back to prezzo after having a very bad experience at harbourne branch 5years ago, but my friends invented me to have a quick lunch at meer green brunch, for start already good, to the end, telly I think her name is. She done rely well specially half of restaurant are pack on the Sunday lunch, & on her own. She manage very well, with calm & still have a smile in her face. So we'll done to her. Thank you"
