"Ordered a large donner meat and chips, looked like it had been from last week.. absolute minging, food was cold and hard n burnt... 1st and last time ill be going there. Partners chips cheese and mayo was cold, ordered a large and it came as a small. Food wasn't freshly done, the homeless would of probably not even accepted it... straight in the bin, as replacement food would of been just as bad... disgusted........."

When they handed me the food I looked and they gave me a small chips cheese and mayo but charged me for a large.. got the food home and the food was cold... first time I've ordered from there and it will be the last time as well.. avoid avoid avoid..."

"Ordered the shoe box kebab and was very disappointed at the quality of the meat. The donner meat had clearly been sat for some time before being served, it was very stale and luke warm. The lamb shish was so fatty it was completely inedible! In fairness the chicken was actually pretty nice. The chips were also cold and overall I’d rate the meal 1/10! What a disappointing experience, not to be repeated!"

"Last night I would have rated this probably a 3 * but after tonight no way. It's always been really good or really bad literally opposite ends of the scale. Last night my partner ordered, he had chips with bolagnaise and cheese, it was delicious a rectangle box packed with crispy chips loads of meat and thick tasty sauce totally covered in melted cheese, but tonight it was more like where's the meat and sauce, the portions were in square burger boxes, the chips were still hard in the middle, only half our order arrived. After a call they said they were packing the rest of the order, ready to be delivered. I asked why the portion was smaller than the day before, she said they had ran out of square boxes yesterday. And the portion would have been the same. No, it really wasn't. She offered to send a new lot of food, I accepted but the second set was just as bad. More grease than sauce. The portion side between the boxes weren't equal, one had hardly anything in, The pizza was swimming in grease, the burgers were OK but we will be finding ourselves a new takeaway. We were however sent a free bottle of Pepsi. It's not piccante it's piccanto !"
