"Appalling customer service and delivery times. From order placed to delivery it took 2.5 hours. Called 3 times to enquire about delivery and was lied to saying it had left the restaurant (if you could even call it that). When asking for a refund they hung up the phone on me. Avoid at all costs!!"

"Charged me £2.50 extra on collection of my order , said they forgot to take the delivery charge off, funny you said that last time you did it, same mistake twice , ask for a receipt on collection or you could be charged for delivery accidentally on purpose."

"12th February 2021 - Ordered with Just Eat 2 hours before food was required. Spent over £40 and gave the specific time the food was needed. So after 2 hours notice I expected that the food would be delivered on time. It wasn't. 45 mins after delivery time I rang them. The person I spoke to was rude and had a 'couldn't care less' attitude. Told me it would be 30 to 45 mins more. I cancelled the order but it was too late to order elsewhere and by then we were so cross, we had lost our appetites. The food may be good - it was my first order so I can't comment, but before you order ask yourself if you are taking a huge risk. If they did it with me they will be doing it with others, AND IT MAY BE YOU!!! My recommendation go to someone you can trust - the risk isnt worth it and you could end up like us - NO FOOD AND VERY CROSS"
