"Ordered food at 8:15pm, called at 9:30pm for an update and said it’s just left the shop. Called again at 10pm to be told it’s been left outside the door a long time ago because there was no answer even though nobody had been and no food left. Asked for an explanation and they said to take it up with Just Eat. Really disappointing as we have used them many times before and they wouldn’t have a normal conversation over the phone about what had happened."
