"Have been eating there for years, took my best mate for dinner as a Christmas treat. Food was good, but service terrible. We arrived at 8.20PM on a Thursday evening ordered 3 starters and 3 mains to share. Starters arrive which were nice, but after eating them we asked for a 10 min break before the mains, to which we were told NO. Mains arrived and @ 9.40 we were told they were closing and the staff stood and looked at us and watched us eat our meal. Really not nice. I paid the £112.00 bill and we left. This is the worst place for staff attitude both my mate and I have ever been exposed too. Pity Jo [ Manager] was not around. Will never dine there again- They could have said when taking the order that they were closing @ 10PM and not to order so much food, but no they took the money !!!! Disgusting!!"
"I arranged my birthday meal here last night for 15 people. I have been before and the food is always lovely and always had a great time but I have to say last night was very disappointing. The waiter was so rude, no patience, he rushed everything and actually stressed me out quite a bit. Totally spoilt my birthday and then the worst was he went round and asked all my family to tip for Xmas! Sorry but outrageous! Such a shame as I won’t go back again!"
"My partner and I had given up on Chinese takeaway until we found this absolute gem. It's by far the best Chinese food we've had in Manchester. The staff are lovely, food is incredible and the location is lovely."
"Food is nice but over priced. Waiter was very rude with no patience whatsoever when taking our order… felt very rushed. our plates were pretty much just thrown on the table and not handed to us as you would expect in a restaurant. At the end of the meal the waitress with the card machine was demanding to know how much tip we are going to give them! This Used to be a lovely place but has sadly changed."
"No doubt on the food, it’s exceptionally good. Much better than those in China Town. And you can forget most of the restaurants in China Town after trying this. However, this restaurant also charges pricy, you should budget about £40 per head excluding drinks."
